All clowning aside...
well maybe not?
Guest speaker scheduled for Annual Meeting
The Ohio Educational Credit Union’s 75th Annual
Meeting on Thursday, April 3, 2008, may prove to be
more entertaining than usual. To begin celebrating our
75th Anniversary, we’ve invited a rather unique speaker.
We don’t really want to let the cat, actor, clown, magician, guitarist, teacher and keynote speaker out of the bag, so to speak.
So join us for the Annual Meeting being held at
The Visiting Nurse Association of Cleveland,
2500 East 22nd Street. It’s sure to be unique,
unexpected and entertaining.

OPPORTUNITY...
lowest rates in two years
Let OECU be your guide to today’s mortgage possibilities!
With all that’s been in the news these days, the current home mortgage market may seem like a place you’d rather not visit. At The Ohio Educational
Credit Union, we’d like the chance to show you how you might benefit from making the trip.
With the latest round of the Fed interest rate cuts, a home mortgage maybe more affordable than you may think—giving today’s homebuyer a wide variety of possibilities. And current homeowners looking to refinance are seeing some of the best interest rates in two years. All this can mean a lower monthly payment and a lower interest rate for you.
OECU has a wide variety of mortgage products to fit your needs—including fixed-, variable- and jumbo-rate programs—all at rates that may reduce the cost of financing or refinancing you home.
With so many options available, it may seem easiest to choose the usual 15- or 30-year fixed-rate mortgage and be done. So you’ll need a credit union you can trust to guide you through the current mortgage maze.
OECU is here to help you try to avoid any misdirection by discussing all the available mortgage possibilities. We’ll help you decide what works best for you—from fixed- or adjustable-rate, to length of term—we’re with you every step of the way.
Contact one of these OECU mortgage specialists to see what possibilities might work best for you. Marcellus Miller, 216-621-6296—Main Office; Jason Blevins, 216-262-6120—Richmond Heights, Lakewood, Fairview Park, Oberlin; Barb Miller or Terry Wymer, 740-453-1009—Zanesville.
Let OECU help you experience all the benefits of ownership. |
